How does it work?

You'll connect a tube to the top for the HHO to flow through into the engine. Once in the engine the HHO will replace some of the burning gasoline so your car runs just as good with less gasoline, improving your overall fuel mileage, which is why it is possible to get a 40% mpg increase.
